"you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

• Puja and Ceremony Bookings: We offer a range of spiritual services, including pujas, and ceremonies with certified astrologers and priests.
• Crystal Purchases: Customers can purchase high-quality, authentic healing crystals through our platform.

• Bookings: To book a puja or ceremony, customers must select a date, time, and service type, and make the required advance payment.
• Product Orders: Crystals orders are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of purchase. Confirmation of your order will be provided once payment is successfully processed.

• All prices listed on the platform are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Advance Payment:  To confirm a booking, a 100% upfront payment is required. This ensures that your scheduled service is reserved and prepared exclusively for you. 
• Full Payment for Products: Crystals purchases require full payment at the time of order.

• Service Cancellations by the Customer: Customers can cancel a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• Product Returns: Crystals may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

• Puja and Ceremony Bookings: Availability is dependent on the schedules of our priests and astrologers. We reserve the right to reschedule if necessary and will notify customers promptly.
• Consultation Services: All online or phone consultations require a stable internet or phone connection. Thepuja.co is not responsible for interruptions due to connectivity issues on the customer’s side.
• Crystals Authenticity: We guarantee the quality and authenticity of crystals sold on our platform, accompanied by certificates from trusted gemological institutions.

• Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate information, including contact details, address, and any specific requirements for their service or order.
• Timely Availability: Customers must be available or have a representative present for puja bookings at the scheduled time.
• Compliance with Rituals: Customers are expected to respect the cultural and religious significance of rituals, refraining from any behavior that could disrupt the proceedings.

• Thepuja.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
• Our liability for any claim related to a product or service shall be limited to the purchase price of the item or service.

• All content on thepuja.co, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of thepuja.co and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

• By using our services, customers agree to our data handling and privacy practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Personal information collected during bookings or purchases is used solely for service fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery or as required by law.
