  • Service Cancellations by thepuja.co: If a booking or service is canceled by thepuja.co due to unforeseen circumstances, customers are eligible for a full refund.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Refund eligibility for customer-initiated cancellations depends on the timing and nature of the service:
    • Puja or Ceremony Bookings: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a 100% refund.
    • Crystal Purchases: Crystals purchases can be refunded within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned unused and in original condition with all accompanying documentation.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If crystals or other physical products are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must contact support within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Digital consultations or services that have already been rendered.
  • Ceremonies or events canceled by the customer less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Crystals that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.


4. Refund Process

  • Customers can initiate a refund request by contacting customer support through our official channels.
  • Once a request is received, our team will process it within 5-7 business days and communicate the outcome via email.
  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on bank processing times.

  • Refunds may be denied if the product or service does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above or if the request is submitted outside the specified timeframes.
